Se busca incorporar a un/a técnico/a de laboratorio para participar en el desarrollo de una nueva plataforma de nanoinmunoterapia dual de precisión basada en ARNm y péptidos para el tratamiento del cáncer de páncreas, en el marco del proyecto PINT (Precision InmmuneNanoTheraoy targeting tumor-inmune-stroma interactions against pancreatic cancer), financiado por La Fundación La Caixa.

La persona candidata deberá acreditar experiencia sólida en proyectos interdisciplinarios que integren química y biología, así como conocimientos y competencias técnicas que contribuyan al desarrollo de los objetivos científicos del proyecto.

Entre las principales funciones del puesto se incluyen el diseño, la síntesis y la caracterización fisicoquímica de poliplexos basados en polipéptidos zwitteriónicos con arquitectura modulable, así como el establecimiento, mantenimiento y caracterización de modelos celulares in vitro en 2D y 3D para la evaluación del perfil toxicológico, la eficacia biológica y la actividad inmunológica de la nanoinmunoterapia desarrollada.

The position seeks to recruit a research support technician to contribute to the development a novel dual precision nano-immunotherapy platform based on mRNA and peptides for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, within the framework of the PINT project (Precision Immune Nanotherapy Targeting Tumor–Immune–Stroma Interactions Against Pancreatic Cancer), funded by the Health Foundation La Caixa.

The successful candidate should demonstrate solid experience in interdisciplinary research projects integrating chemistry and biology, as well as the technical knowledge and practical expertise required to contribute to the scientific objectives of the project.

The main responsibilities of the position include the design, synthesis, and physicochemical characterization of zwitterionic polypeptide-based polyplexes with tunable architectures, as well as the establishment, maintenance, and characterization of 2D and 3D in vitro cellular models for the evaluation of the toxicological profile, biological efficacy, and immunological activity of the developed nano-immunotherapy.
