El perfil requerido debe contar con experiencia previa en el cultivo y establecimiento de esferoides tridimensionales (tumoroides), ensayos de citotoxicidad y muerte celular y apoptosis. Las tareas estarán enmarcadas en proyectos aprobados dentro de la plataforma europea CanSERV (https://www.canserv.eu/).

We are seeking to incorporate a research support staff member to contribute to pharmacological high-throughput screening (HTS and/or HCS) in complex cellular models, including both 3D and 2D models. The required profile must have previous experience in cell culture and establishment of 3D spheroids (tumoroids), as well as in cytotoxicity, cell death and apoptosis assays.

The tasks will involve, the establishment and characterization of complex cell models, including 3D systems, and the application of cellular and molecular biology techniques to evaluate cell death pathways, inflammasome activation, cell viability and drug combination effects.

All tasks will be carried out within the framework of projects approved under the European platforms CanSERV(https://www.canserv.eu/).
