Se busca incorporar una persona de apoyo para participar en el establecimiento y caracterización de modelos celulares complejos, incluyendo modelos 2D y 3D. El perfil requerido debe contar con experiencia previa en el cultivo y establecimiento de esferoides tridimensionales (tumoroides) así como organoides derivados de muestras tumorales de pacientes, además de conocimientos de técnicas avanzadas de biología celular y molecular.

Las tareas implicarán cultivo celular, incluyendo cultivo a partir de células madre o muestras tumorales de pacientes; manejo de técnicas de biología celular y molecular incluyendo citotoxicidad, histología, inmunohistoquímica, inmunocitoquímica, citometría de flujo.

Se busca además establecer y caracterizar modelos 3D personalizados, evaluando la sensibilidad a fármacos (también nanomedicina) y realizando seguimiento del cultivo desde el inicio hasta los primeros pases.

We are seeking to incorporate a research support staff member to participate in the establishment and characterization of complex cell models, including both 2D and 3D systems. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the culture and development of three-dimensional spheroids (tumoroids) as well as organoids derived from patient tumor samples, in addition to a solid background in advanced cellular and molecular biology techniques.

The tasks will involve cell culture, including culturing from stem cells or patient-derived tumor samples, and the application of cellular and molecular biology techniques such as cytotoxicity assays, histology, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometry.

The role also includes the establishment and characterization of personalized 3D models, evaluating drug sensitivity (including nanomedicine approaches), and monitoring the cultures from initiation through the early passages.
