Se busca incorporar a un/a técnico/a de laboratorio para participar en desarrollo, optimización y caracterización de modelos celulares complejos, incluyendo modelos 2D y 3D. La persona candidata deberá acreditar experiencia sólida en cultivo celular avanzado y generación de modelos esferoidales tridimensionales, así como en el empleo de técnicas especializadas de biología celular y molecular. Asimismo, se valorará experiencia en plataformas de High-Throughput Screening (HTS) orientadas al descubrimiento de fármacos. Así como conocimientos avanzados en la tecnología AlphaScreen, competencias necesarias para el desarrollo de los objetivos específicos del WP3 del proyecto asociado IMPULSE. Las tareas a desarrollar se enmarcarán dentro del proyecto europeo IMPULSE (https://www.eu-openscreen.eu/impulse about.html).

The position seeks to recruit a research support technician to participate in the development, optimization, and characterization of complex cellular models, including both 2D and 3D systems. The selected candidate must demonstrate solid experience in advanced cell culture and in the generation of three-dimensional spheroidal models, as well as in the application of specialized cellular and molecular biology techniques. Experience with High-Throughput Screening (HTS) platforms for drug discovery and advanced knowledge of AlphaScreen technology will also be considered highly valuable, which are essential competencies for the development of the specific objectives of WP3 within the associated IMPULSE project. The activities to be carried out will be developed within the framework of the European project IMPULSE (https://www.eu-openscreen.eu/impulse-about.html).
