El laboratorio de Fisiopatología y Terapias para Enfermedades de la Visión trabaja en el proyecto CIAICO/2023/210 en el que necesita contratar a una persona que participará en dicho proyecto 11 meses desarrollando las siguientes tareas:

- Pruebas oculares: eletrorretinografía en ratón, biomicroscopía, fondo de ojo.

- Cultivos celulares de células de retina y microglía y organotípicos de retina.

- Ensayos de toxicidad in vitro y ex vivo en las muestras mencionadas anteriormente.

- Manipulación de ratones con enfermedades retinianas.

- Obtención de muestras oculares, y su procesado para estudios bioquímicos y de expresión génica (qPCR).

- Estudios histológicos y de citometría de flujo en retina de ratón.

- Colaboración con tareas de supervisión de estudiantes.

The Laboratory of Pathophysiology and Therapies for Vision Diseases is working on project CIAICO/2023/210, for which it needs to hire a person who will participate in this project for 11 months, carrying out the following tasks:
