El Laboratorio de Comunicación Tumor-Estroma ofrece una plaza de investigador/a postdoctoral para trabajar en un proyecto de funcionalización de nanopartículas lipídicas para la inhibición dirigida de rutas de señalización en líneas celulares concretas.

El proyecto incluye:

- Diseño y validación de nanopartículas lipídicas conjugadas con anticuerpos y cargadas con inhibidores específicos.

- Estudios in vitro para el cultivo células tumorales en hidrogeles de ácido hialurónico.

- Experimentos in vivo en modelos murinos de cáncer (tumores sólidos y carcinomatosis peritoneal) para evaluar eficacia terapéutica y toxicidad.

- Análisis de inmunofenotipo tumoral mediante citometría de flujo y RNAseq.

- Redacción y presentación de resultados en artículos científicos y conferencias.

- Participación en la preparación de patente derivada del proyecto.

La persona seleccionada trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Investigador Principal y supervisará personal técnico si es necesario.

The Tumor-Stroma Communication Laboratory offers a postdoctoral researcher position to work on a project to functionalize lipid nanoparticles for the targeted inhibition of signaling pathways in specific cell lines.

The project includes:

- Design and validation of lipid nanoparticles conjugated with antibodies and loaded with specific inhibitors.

- In vitro studies for the culture of tumor cells in hyaluronic acid hydrogels.

- In vivo experiments in mouse models of cancer (solid tumours and peritoneal carcinomatosis) to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and toxicity.

- Tumor immunophenotype analysis by flow cytometry and RNAseq.

- Writing and presentation of results in scientific articles and conferences.

- Participation in the preparation of the patent derived from the project.

The selected person will work closely with the Principal Investigator and supervise technical staff if necessary.
