El/la investigador/a postdoctoral a contratar llevará a cabo tareas asociadas al proyecto ERC-PoC-PolyBraint basado en la validación de una plataforma intranasal para el transporte de proteínas a cerebro, así como otras tareas de caracterización de portadores polipeptídicos asociados.
Las tareas concretas son: (i) síntesis y caracterización de conjugados polipeptídicos de macromoléculas (péptidos y proteínas) (ii) Estudios de biodistribución en cerebro mediante imagen óptica y por técnicas cromatográficas.

The postdoctoral researcher to be hired will carry out tasks associated with the ERC-PoC-PolyBraint project based on the validation of an intranasal platform for the transport of proteins to the brain, as well as other tasks of characterization of associated polypeptide carriers.
The specific tasks are: (i) synthesis and characterization of polypeptide conjugates of macromolecules (peptides and proteins) (ii) Biodistribution studies in the brain using optical imaging and chromatographic techniques.
