El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a formará parte del equipo del Laboratorio de Dinámica del citoesqueleto durante la migración celular e invasión del cáncer, dirigido por la Dr Maria Angeles Juanes Ortiz.

La persona seleccionada trabajará en células humanas y/o muestras de tejido. Realizará tareas de puesta a punto de in vitro ensayos (e.g. qPCR, Western Blot, ensayos de migración, colorimétricos, inmunofluorescencia o histología), para investigar como cambios genéticos y/o farmacológicos afectan a la migración celular y/o metabolismo.

The selected candidate will be part of the Laboratory of Cytoskeleton dynamics in cell migration and invasion whose group leader is Dr Maria Angeles Juanes Ortiz.

The main task of the selected person will work on human cells and/or tissue samples. The project involves set up of in vitro assays (e.g. qPCR, Western Blot, cell migration assays, colorimetric assays, immunofluorescence or immunohistology assays) to assess how pharmacological and/or genetic changes impact on cell migration and/or metabolism.
