El laboratorio de obesidad, diabetes and comorbilidades  (https://www.cipf.es/science/investigacion/trastornos-metabolicos/obesidad-diabetes-y-comorbilidades?lang=es) ofrece un puesto de ayudante/a de investigación en un proyecto (PID2021-125406OB-I00) en el que se comprueba el impacto de la depleción de genes candidatos en la diferenciación de adipocitos blancos derivados de células madre humanas in vitro. Los diferentes modelos de knockout celular serán diferenciados y fenotipados desde un punto de vista molecular y metabólico.

El proyecto incluye estudios in vitro (cultivo celular), análisis molecular (qPCR, immunoblot, inmunofluorescencia, FACS) y metabólico (lipólisis, consumo de oxígeno) de las células.. El ayudante/a de investigación participará en trabajos de apoyo principalmente en experimentación in vitro, cultivo celular y metodologías de biología molecular y fenotipado metabólico.

The laboratory of obesity, diabetes and comorbidities (https://www.cipf.es/science/investigacion/trastornos-metabolicos/obesidad-diabetes-y-comorbilidades?lang=es ) offers a research assistant position in a project (PID2021-125406OB-I00) in which the impact of candidate gene depletion on the differentiation of human stem cell-derived white adipocytes in vitro is tested. Different cell knockout models will be differentiated and phenotyped from a molecular and metabolic point of view.

The project includes in vitro (cell culture), molecular (qPCR, immunoblot, immunofluorescence, FACS) and metabolic (lipolysis, oxygen consumption) analysis of the cells. The research assistant will be involved in support work mainly in in vitro experimentation, cell culture and molecular biology methodologies and metabolic phenotyping.
