El laboratorio de mecanismos Moleculares de Invasión Placentaria (https://www.cipf.es/science/investigacion/bases-moleculares-de-patlogias-humanas/mecanismos-moleculares-de-invasion-placentaria?lang=es) ofrece una posición de técnico/a a media jornada para trabajar en un proyecto relacionado con el estudio del papel del tumor supresor BAP1 durante la placentación humana. El/la técnico de investigación también estará involucrado/a en tareas:

Cultivo, expansión y edición genética de células madre trofoblásticas mediante tecnología CRISPR/Cas9.
Apoyo técnico en experimentos de biología molecular: Western blot, RT-qPCR y NGS.

The Laboratory of Molecular Mechanisms of Placental Invasion (https://www.cipf.es/science/investigacion/bases-moleculares-de-patlogias-humanas/mecanismos-moleculares-de-invasion-placentaria?lang=es) offers a position as a part-time technician to work on a project related to the study of the role of the tumor suppressor BAP1 during human placentation. The research technician will be involved in:

Culture, expansion, and gene editing of trophoblast stem cells using CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
Technical support in molecular biology experiments: Western blot, RT-qPCR, and NGS.
