Buscamos un/a investigador/a predoctoral que se incorporará al equipo del proyecto ERC Advanced Grant MORPHEUS para contribuir a la integración de datos multi-ómicos y al desarrollo de herramientas computacionales que permitan orientar la selección personalizada de estrategias terapéuticas. Las principales funciones incluirán el análisis e integración de datos, así como el desarrollo y validación de modelos computacionales y algoritmos de aprendizaje automático para la identificación de biomarcadores y la estratificación tumoral. Asimismo, la persona seleccionada contribuirá a garantizar la calidad, reproducibilidad y adecuada gestión de los datos conforme a los principios FAIR. Se valorará especialmente la capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, así como y la capacidad para integrarse en la dinámica de trabajo y los estándares científicos de un proyecto de excelencia financiado por el European Research Council.

We are looking for a predoctoral researcher to join the team of the ERC Advanced Grant MORPHEUS project, contributing to the integration of multi-omic data and the development of computational tools to guide the personalized selection of therapeutic strategies. The main responsibilities will include data analysis and integration, as well as the development and validation of computational models and machine learning algorithms for biomarker identification and tumor stratification. The successful candidate will also contribute to ensuring data quality, reproducibility, and appropriate data management in accordance with FAIR principles. The candidate will also be expected to contribute effectively to the research activities of the project and to work in accordance with the scientific standards and working practices of a research project funded by the European Research Council.
