Buscamos un técnico/a con experiencia para trabajar como miembro del equipo en la Unidad de Biomedicina Computacional realizando las siguientes tareas:
- Participación en el diseño y en la ejecución de estrategias computacionales en proyectos y servicios de investigación: a) generación de pipelines de análisis bioinformáticos; b) revisión y aplicación de metodología de análisis de datos de transcriptómica espacial; c) identificación de perfiles diferenciales por sexo en la microbiota de pacientes con enfermedades neurodegenerativas; d) desarrollo de herramientas web para el análisis de datos ómicos.
- Docencia en formación de Biología Computacional y Bioinformática.
- Interpretación de resultados y participación en la preparación de productos científicos: comunicaciones a congresos y publicaciones científicas

We are looking for an experienced technician to work as a team member in the Computational Biomedicine Unit performing the following tasks:
- Participation in the design and execution of computational strategies in research projects and services: a) generation of bioinformatics analysis pipelines; b) review and application of spatial transcriptomics data analysis methodology; c) identification of differential profiles by sex in the microbiota of patients with neurodegenerative diseases; d) development of web tools for the analysis of omics data.
- Teaching in training in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.
- Interpretation of results and participation in the preparation of scientific products: communications to conferences and scientific publications.
