El laboratorio de Fisiopatología y Terapias para Enfermedades de la Visión trabaja en el proyecto CIAICO/2023/210 en el que necesita contratar a una persona que participará en dicho proyecto ocho meses desarrollando las siguientes tareas:

- Cultivos celulares de células de retina y microglía y organotípicos de retina.

- Ensayos de toxicidad in vitro y ex vivo en las muestras mencionadas anteriormente.

- Manipulación de ratones con enfermedades retinianas.

- Obtención de muestras oculares, y su procesado para estudios bioquímicos y de expresión génica (qPCR).

- Estudios histológicos en retina de ratón.

- Colaboración con el resto del equipo en la labor de investigación bajo la supervisión de la responsable del grupo.

The Laboratory of Pathophysiology and Therapies for Vision Disorders is working on the project CIAICO/2023/210, in which they need to hire a person who will participate in this project for eight months, performing the following tasks:

• Cell cultures of retinal cells, microglia, and retinal organotypic cultures.

• In vitro and ex vivo toxicity assays on the previously mentioned samples.

• Handling mice with retinal diseases.

• Obtaining ocular samples and processing them for biochemical studies and gene expression (qPCR).

• Histological studies on mouse retina.

• Collaboration with the rest of the team in research tasks under the supervision of the group leader.
