El laboratorio de Terapias con Células Madre en Enfermedades Neurodegenerativas ofrece una plaza de técnico/a para trabajar en tareas de finalización del proyecto AFM 23219 CELLTHER cuyo objetivo es investigar nuevas terapias y crear nuevos modelos para enfermedades neurodegenerativas utilizando células madre pluripotentes y multipotentes.

Este proyecto incluye realizar las siguientes tareas: Puesta a punto y realización de técnicas especiales (técnicas de material biológico, como cultivos celulares, microscopia electrónica, obtención de cariotipos, técnicas bioquímicas, técnicas fotográficas especializadas y otras técnicas complementarias especializadas, como elaboración de datos, composición de gráficos, tablas, etc.) colaborando con el personal titulado en la labor de investigación y siguiendo las directrices del jefe de laboratorio.

The Stem Cell Therapies in Neurodegenerative Diseases laboratory offers a technician position to work on the project AFM 23219 CELLTHER with the objective of investigate new therapies and to create new models for neurodegenerative diseases using pluripotent and multipotent stem cells.

The technician will be involved in the molecular techniques, cell culture, cell differentiation toward RPE cells, immunocytochemistry, primary cultures of neural cells, cell culture of stem cells as well as experimental procedures in collaboration with the research team.
